    简单家常菜谱

    简单,是说做整个菜的过程中,人工劳动一般都不用超过十分钟。

    • 五彩鸡汤

    中国店竹丝鸡(也叫乌骨鸡)一只,或是美国超市小鸡一只(whole-food 卖的新鲜的最好)。这两种鸡个头小,油少。解冻洗净,斩去脖子和屁股。整鸡加水,两三片姜和一根打上结的葱,想要汤多一些,水就多加一些,汤浓一些,水就少加一些,最好没过整鸡。大火烧开,小火炖鸡一个小时左右。加盐,泡发的木耳,番茄一个切块,蘑菇,金针菇,黄豆芽,油豆腐,这四样有什么就加什么。炖半小时就可以吃了。

    用slowcooker很方便,我用一种可以定时的多功能三洋电饭锅可以煮饭,煮汤,更好用。没有也没关系,用明火好了。

    • 牛骨蔬菜汤

    最好是牛仔骨,如果没有用美国超市的一块薄牛排也可以,切小快,洗净。讲究一点的先飞水(大火加水煮开,把肉拿出来冲掉血沫),不飞也没关系。同鸡汤一样,加水两三片姜和一根打上结的葱,想要汤多一些,水就多加一些,汤浓一些,水就少加一些。大火烧开,小火炖一个小时左右。土豆一个,番茄一个或两个,胡萝卜两三根,切块,洋葱半个,切开,都加到汤里,加盐,炖半小时就可以吃了。

    这个汤第一次吃是在妹妹家。我爸妈第一次到美国来,见到离家五年的我,没怎么激动。等我们一起到大瀑布探望在布法罗读书的表妹,我妈看到她,眼泪居然哗哗的。我当下就表示抗议,搞什么呀,看到我没感觉看到小毛抱头痛哭,我在旁边很难做的呀。我妈理直气壮泪眼朦胧的反驳,毛毛小嘛。回到家里,这个“小”毛毛,备下了十盘八碗的一桌和一锅金黄的牛骨汤。

    • 鲜鱼豆腐汤
